Jon Jessup

Jon is passionate about eCommerce innovation and leveraging cloud technologies to solve real-world business problems.  As the CEO and founder of Cloud Conversion, Jon is tasked with helping online retailers navigate the complex eCommerce eco-system and operational challenges that most growing companies face.

In 2009, Jon developed Cloud Conversion's eCommSource solution, which won the 2010 eBay Star Developer award for it's integration with Salesforce.com to help eBay sellers streamline their customer service and support operations.  He then developed CloudGento, which combines the power of Magento with Salesforce.com CRM and is used by many retailers running Magneto eCommerce sites.  Jon also led the development of Cloud Conversion's latest solution, ReturnsCloud, an enterprise RMA system designed specifically for eCommerce and integrated with Salesforce, Magento, eBay, PayPal, UPS and more.

Jon is an alum of Oracle and Infopia, where he learned the in's and out's of enterprise software and eCommerce respectively.  He graduated Cum Laude from Princeton University in 2001, with a Bachelor of Science and Engineering degree in Computer Science.  He enjoys skiing the perfectly manicured slopes of Deer Valley, powder at Alta and competing in local ski races in Park City, UT.
