Carolyn Mellor

Carolyn Mellor (@carolynmellor) is Sr Program Manager  for the X.commerce developer and merchant community.  She is responsible for working with the x community team to create and build community programs that will support and advocate the needs of developers and merchants working with X.commerce. 

Carolyn has been in technology for 20 years and has held multiple technical management positions within eBay/PayPal including building a successful multi-level technical support organization and leading a technical product team responsible for merchant and partner experience.  Prior to PayPal, Carolyn spent five years managing internal and external technical support groups at UPS, and nine years leading an IT department and developing websites for a large automotive dealer group.
