Group Pricing Terms:

When registering for the X.commerce Innovate Developer Conference 2011, you have the option to create a group.  If you create a group that has 5 or more members registered under one group code, each member of the group will receive $100 cash back (“Offer”).  Offer begins on July 26, 2011 and ends on October 7, 2011.  Cash back will be returned to each group member in the payment format used to register (PayPal account or credit card) and will take place within 30 days after the end of the conference. This Offer cannot be combined with any other discounts.  

X.Commerce reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify part or this entire Offer at any time without notice, for any reason at their sole discretion.  Offer cannot be combined with any other Offer.  This Offer is not available for Students.

Early Bird Pricing Terms:

If you are one of the first 300 people to register for the X.Commerce Innovate Conference 2011, you will receive the special Early Bird pricing of $299 USD to attend the conference and a free hotel night in San Francisco for opening night on October 12, 2011 (“Offer”).   Offer begins on July 26, 2011 and ends on August 31, 2011 or as soon as the 300 registrant number has been reached, whichever occurs first.  If for any reason, you cancel your conference registration before opening day on October 12, 2011, then your free hotel night will also be cancelled.

X.Commerce reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify part or this entire Offer at any time without notice, for any reason at their sole discretion.  Offers cannot be combined with any other Offer

 

Student Pricing

Students pay a flat $49 registration rate any time, and cannot receive any additional discounts or group pricing. Be prepared to present student ID demonstrating current enrollment or graduation within the past year.

 

Additional Information:

Hotel

As a participant of X.commerce Innovate 2011 Developer Conference, hotel accommodations are offered at a special negotiated conference rate for the conference dates of October 11th and October 12th. Rooms offered at this rate are based on availability and cannot be guaranteed after September 1, 2011 by 5:00 PM, Pacific Time. 

If you’d like to book rooms outside of those nights, the Hotel Team will try to accommodate you with any rooms available at the standard room rate.

A credit card is required for all hotel bookings to hold the room (regardless of what actual charges will or will not be incurred).

If you have requested hotel accommodations, they will be secured, as specified during registration, based on availability. You will be e-mailed confirmation details when they have been assigned by the hotel.

Event Cancellation Policy

All registration cancellations must be received online or in writing via e-mail to registration@innovateregistration.com prior to 11:59 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time on September 12, 2011. Cancellations received before that date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after September 12th.


Event Substitution Policy

 

To request a substitution email the event team at    registration@innovateregistration.com and request a substitution form. A new person may substitute for an active registration for the same registration fee. 

 

Substitution Requirements:

  • The original attendee should not cancel their registration.
  • If the payment method is changing, the new attendee must provide payment prior to issuing a refund to the original attendee.
  • The Registration Team will facilitate the transfer of hotel reservations through August 31, 2011. Substitutions requested after August 31, 2011 require the attendee to contact the hotel directly with reservation changes.
  • The registrant is responsible for canceling or changing travel reservations.

Travel/Hotel Cancellation Policy

Cancellations of travel and hotel reservations are the responsibility of the registrant. Hotel reservations made through the registration Web site are automatically cancelled when the corresponding event registration is cancelled.
